18 Years of Service for Humanity
For the last 25 years, as a member of the media, I witnessed the elderly being ignored. Knowing the life stories of the homeless, abused, and hungry people made me want to do something for them.
In 2008, I started "Shanti Niwas Old Age Home" to give a new life to people separated from their families. The desire was to provide shelter, treatment, and support. We have been serving them with our own hands for 18 years, without any government grants.

Our History
I have been involved in the media for the last 25 years. When I would go to gather news, I saw the elderly people being ignored in different places. Knowing the life stories of the homeless, abused and hungry people, made me want to do something for them.
In 2008, I started "Shanti Niwas Old Age Home" at the request of various people. I started trying to give a new life to the people who were forced to be separated from their families and relatives at the end of their lives. The desire was to provide shelter, treatment and support.
I have been doing this work for the sake of people and humanity for the last 18 years without any government grant or asking for any donation from anyone. We have rescued 1034 elderly people, 105 children, and performed 105 dignified funerals with our own hands.
